errenergia and TerniEnergia incorporate Girasole S.r.l., an equally owned joint venture company, for building in Italy 3 MW photovoltaic plants by 2010

Terni, June 7, 2010 - TerniEnergia, a company operating in the renewable energy sector, one of the main system integrators in Italy in the photovoltaic sector, listed on MTA market of Borsa Italiana, has set up an alliance with errenergia,  the latter being a company operating in the renewable energy sector and whose parent company is Bigli 1.
The new equally owned joint venture company shall start its own activity in Italy through the construction of the first industrial sized photovoltaic plants within 2010 for a total power of approximately 3 MW.
The board of directors of Girasole is made up of Ing. Pier Giorgio Romiti, Chairman, and Avv. Stefano Neri, who is TerniEnergia’s CEO .
