Terni, 17 December 2009 – In relation to the buy-back programme that the Shareholders’ Meeting authorised on 1st September 2009, TerniEnergia notifies that, during the period from 10 December 2009 to 16 December 2009 included, it purchased totally no. 3.850 ordinary shares (equal to 0,02% of the company’s share capital) at the average weighted price of Euro 1.618 for an aggregate value of Euro 6.227,95.

As at 17 December 2009 the total amount of own shares totally held by TerniEnergia S.p.a. is no. 488.699 shares, representing 1.97 % of the share capital.
