Terni, 26 November 2009 – In relation to the buy-back programme that the Shareholders’ Meeting authorised on 1st September 2009, TerniEnergia notifies that, during the period from 19 November 2009 to 25 November 2009 included, it purchased totally no. 35.000 ordinary shares (equal to 0.14% of the company’s share capital) at the average weighted price of Euro 1.628 for an aggregate value of Euro 56.997,43. As at 26 November 2009 the total amount of own shares totally held by TerniEnergia S.p.a. is no. 436.002 shares, representing 1.76% of the share capital.
