TerniEnergia, a company operating in the renewable energy sector and listed on Star Segment of Borsa Italiana, announces that the factoring agreement with Enel. Factor S.p.A. for the sale "without recourse" of loans resulting from the implementation of photovoltaic systems, announced to the market on August 9^th , 2011 has been increased from an amount equal to  Euro 12 Million, to Euro 20 Million. The new availability of funds will be used by TerniEnergia for business development.
