Since 1985 Prof. Neri has been a leading Administrative lawyer and since 1997 has been a qualified legal advisor to the Judicial Council (Magistrature superiori). He held the professorship in legal affairs at the Engineering faculty of the University of Perugia. He has held the post of expert legal counsel at the Ministry of Public Administration and Co-ordination of Information and Security Services (Ministro della Funzione Pubblica e per il Coordinamento dei Servizi di Informazione e Sicurezza). He has also held the post of Vice Chairman of Interpark Servizi per l'Ecologia S.r.l. Agarini – Falk Group. And he is the author of several publications in the field of Administrative Law. Mr. Ricci has held management positions at ENEL for 35 years. He has occupied management positions regarding technical issues in energy transmission and control systems, regarding management organisation issues in the field of electrical energy transmission and regarding commercial issues in the field of energy trading. He got his degree in Sociology at La Sapienza University in Rome. He is a member of TerniEnergia’s Board of Directors since 2007 and he is responsible for the Production Business Unit. From 1990 to 2007 he was Managing Director of Venturi S.p.A., a company operating in the setting up of industrial electric plants. Between 2003 and 2006 he was Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Umbria. |

He got his degree in Economics at La Sapienza University in Rome, he obtained a master in Administration Finance and Control. He worked as Business Consultant and commercial manager and afterwards he became responsible for the control management at Keryos in Milan, a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector. Since 2008 he has been appointed as responsible manager for planning and control in TerniEnergia. | |
