The Company also operates in the wind-power industry. As of the Date of the Prospectus, the Company is in the process of developing 3 projects aimed at the construction of wind-power parks. In particular, it has undertaken initiatives for the production of wind-power, such as the design of 3 windpower parks and the start of the authorization process needed for their construction. With reference to the Colle Ventatoio wind-power park, on December 27, 2007, the Umbria Region expressed its favorable opinion on the project’s environmental compatibility.
